New: A monthly Storytelling cum Open Mic event on the borders of Sussex & Kent. The Meet of the Tongue will be hosted by storytelling duo Two Bards in a Coracle, otherwise known as Hilary Watkins & Ben Fairlight.
Hilary tells stories at libraries festivals, places of worship and farms. Born of the borderlands of the isle, she tells tales to take you there. Ben travels internationally as a storyteller & musician – a true Troubadour.
The Meet of the Tongue:
First Friday of the month, 8pm-10pm, £4, £3.
Come to listen, come to tell. All ages, abilities & aspirations welcome.
Each event will be a shared feast of music, poems, songs & stories.
