Gathering 2010

For unforeseen administrative reasons caused by events outside the Society, the AGM and Gathering arranged to take place in Birmingham on the 10th April have had to be postponed. We are very sorry about this. We are currently taking the necessary steps to rearrange the AGM. Formal notice of the meeting with full papers will be sent out as soon as possible.

The new date for the AGM and Gathering is Saturday 12 June 2010 at 10. a.m. at the Birmingham and Midland Institute.

If you have already booked and paid for 10 April, that will count for the June date unless you are unable to attend, in which case we will reimburse you.

11.30am   Open Forum to decide topics for Focus Groups
12.30pm   Lunch
1.30pm   Focus Groups
2.30pm   Tea
3.00pm   Plenary session to discuss Groups findings
4.00pm   Finish
 
Food bought elsewhere cannot be eaten in the BMI but there are plenty of cafe’s nearby.

The Birmingham & Midland Institute is located at
9 Margaret Street, Birmingham, about a mile from Birmingham New Street and Snow Hill rail stations.
